Who we are
This website is operated by Acceron Industries Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a construction engineering consultancy registered in England & Wales. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, and message, along with company and phone number if you enter them.
We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to discuss a project, provide a quote, or answer a question. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest: responding to enquiries you've directly sent us.
Third parties
Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that securely delivers your submission to our inbox by email. Web3Forms processes this data solely to relay it to us and does not use it for any other purpose. No other third party receives the information you submit through this site.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of the business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, object to or restrict our use of it, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Cookies
This site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use it, which can involve a small amount of non-identifying data being stored in your browser. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The current version will always be available on this page.
